Both may fuel work in social analytics, contingent on research findings and industry interest. <\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m currently deep in a white paper on the psychology of the user experience of social media and will make it available as soon as I&#8217;m finished. It&#8217;s a deep reading of the encounter users have with the social interface, the many possible interpretations and motivations that comprise user activity, and the core personality types found online.
